All Fedex and UPS shipments require an adult signature at time of delivery. The can not be left at the door.
Website or phone orders: Please order on our convenient website or if you prefer or have issues with the website place your order securely by phone.
Time sensitive orders: Orders may require a few days to assemble, please let us know if your order is time sensitive so we can confirm stock status and expedite if need be.

Substitutions: Vintages change and products sell out so in the event we can not fulfill your original order we’d be happy to suggest substitutions and alternatives. If no vintage is specified on the product listing please expect the current vintage of that product.
Fedex or UPS are our common carriers, delivery is generally within 1 to 5 business days by ground service after package is shipped. Adult signature is required for all deliveries and generally 3 attempts are made before the package is returned. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges returns under these circumstances. Shipments can not be left. Generally business addresses are preferable to residential if you have that option.
Extreme weather conditions occur when ambient temperatures are below 20F or above 80F. Under such conditions wines may spoil and bottles may leak. Mora’s Fine Wine & Spirits is not responsible for damage under adverse weather conditions, we suggest you arrange shipping during favorable weather and we will hold your order at no charge if you like. We also suggest you use Express service in these case as it is very weatherproof. We are based in New York so the risks are much less for east coast shipments and greater for Midwest and west coast shipments. Damaged in transit: The vast majority of our shipments arrive safe and sound. On occasion damage occurs please save all the bottles and packaging Call 631-941-4458 or email email@example.com we will work with you on reshipping replacement bottles, issuing credit or issuing a refund. We will not take responsibility for weather related damage.
No Ship states Please note that we Do Not Ship to: KY,MD,MA,NH,TN,TX & UT. Please note that the website will not accept orders to be shipped to those states. Please call 631-941-4458 if you would like to arrange to ship to an alternate state that we do ship to.
Cancellations, returns & refunds
If you get a bad bottle: If you believe your wine is spoiled please bring the remaining product to the shop with receipt for exchange or refund. Product must be returned with in 30 days of purchase with valid receipt. We need the unconsumed product to verify spoilage. We retain the right to deny any returns at our discretion. We are very serious about our business and pride ourselves on excellent storage conditions so we will take back bad bottles that we have sold. If the wine is currently available you may exchange the product. If it is no longer available you may have store credit. Store credit must be used within one year of issue.

Fine and Rare Wines.As is tradition in the wine trade, all bottles 10 years or older are purchased at the buyer’s risk. And are not subject to return, refund or exchange in the event that the goods are not in potable condition.
Orders cancelled or returned by the buyer are subject to 10% restocking except when due to an supply problem at Mora’s Fine Wines & Spirits. We’ll promptly let you know if there is a supply issue with any product you order.
No shipping charges will be refunded for shipments returned because no one was available to sign for the delivery. We can arrange to reship at the buyer’s expense or refund the cost of the product less 10% restocking fee.
