70% Merlot, 18% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Cabernet Franc cultivated applying Organic and Biodynamic farming.
Maceration and fermentation of the three varieties separately under a controlled temperature of 25C.
Ageing 8 months in 2nd and 3rd year old French Allier oak barrels.
Looks: Intense ruby blue tinge
Nose: a wonderful explosion of fruits combined with good balance and a soft touch from the ageing in the barrel. Background notes of liquorices and spice which increase complexity and intensity.
Palate: the wine is elegant and fresh, savory with a good structure and long aftertaste. The retro nasal perception of red fruit aromas, very well integrated with the toasty notes from the oak.
