LONG-FERMENTATION ON THE LEES Salina IGT Grapes: Malvasia di Lipari, Catarratto. The wine comes from a fermentation on only native yeasts and rests on the skins for a long time. Aging takes place in terracotta amphorae for a period of 6 months after which passes, after a light filtration, in the bottle.
Tasting notes: golden and bright, a a range of olfactory notes characterize the wine: yellow flowers (chamomile), herbs aromatic (basil, rosemary, nipitella), a ripe fruit also makes its way yellow pulp (medlar, mango). Wine sapid and with a long persistence in the mouth.
