Quinta de Ventozelo Cister Da Ribeira  The origins of Cister de Ribeira, a wine made from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz and Tinta Barroca grapes, date back to the 13th century, when the Cisterian monks living in Ventozelo started the old tradition of winemakiing there. It is a perfect wine with all kind of meats, including game meats and cheeses. Serve at about 18 degrees C.
