"Bright and juicy, a light and expressive mouthful of raspberry, tobacco, cream and spice flavors that last impressively on the deft finish. Drink now through 2013. 7,642 cases made." -Harvey Steiman
Intense aromas of spiced fruit, chocolate oak characters with a hint of varietal pepper. These characters are again evident on the rich and full-bodied palate with sweet fruit and excellent structure. The finish is long and lingering with an added texture from fine-grained tannins.
Light gold in color. The nose is very aromatic showing ripe pears and some lime and Kiwi notes. The mouth-feel is light yet lush and driven by wonderful bright acidity and beautiful mineral notes. The finish is long and focused with a slight touch of creaminess and fine lees flavors. This is the perfect light summer wine not overburdened by oak or alcohol.
Ripe plum and berry fruit with pepper, spice and subtle vanilla. Generous plum, ripe berry and licorice fruit flavors with chocolately oak influences. Perfect with all meats.

The medium amber-hued non-vintage Museum Reserve Antique Tawny, which has had more than 15 years of oak aging, is a sensational fortified that could easily be confused with a high quality, 20- to 25-year-old Tawny Port. Delicious notes of prunes, sweet raisins, over-ripe strawberries, and caramel soar from the glass of this incredibly intense wine." -Robert Parker

"The 2005 Shiraz & Viognier (5%) spent 17 months in French and American hogsheads, 10% new. Purple-colored, it has a reticent bouquet of violets, earth, plum, and blueberry. This leads to a firm, full-bodied wine with layers of fruit, light tannins, and 2-3 years of aging potential. Drink this tasty wine through 2012. This wine is an excellent value." -Jay Miller
Medium depth red in colour with hints of purples to the edge, Yalumba Barossa Bushvine Grenache 2003 shows ripe stewed plum fruits with cloves, dense black fruits and hints of white pepper aromas. A full flavoursome palate, showing an excellent depth of sweet fruit flavours and fruit cake-like complexity creates a solid backbone of fruit persistence supported by spicy oak.
"The Yalumba Y Series Merlot is an intense crimson red and displays aromas of beetroot and red fruits with hints of eucalypt, crushed fennel and tobacco leaf. The palate is youthful and bright with red currants and mulberries, juicy fruit through the mid palate, velvety tannins and rhubarb tartness of the finish." -The Winery

"The non-vintage Museum Reserve Muscat is exotic, full-bodied, rich, and sweet. It spent 7 years in wood, and was bottled from a solera system. This amber-hued, rich, unctuously-textured effort boasts luscious aromas and flavors of marmalade, figs, chocolate, melted caramel, toffee, and prunes. Once again, Australia proves this country is hard to beat when it comes to their fortified after-dinner wines, which still sell for a song." -Robert Parker
